Record the session

One tap on a phone or laptop. Photograph the work as you go and the images sit alongside the audio at the moment they were taken.

The write-up drafts itself

The recording is transcribed and summarised in the language of your subject. You edit it until it reads right — nothing is sent before you say so.

Recording responsibly

Recording students is a serious thing to do. The tool is built so you can do it properly.

Consent comes first

Recording consent is logged per student, and AI processing has its own separate opt-in. No consent, no recording.

You approve every word

A session sits at “Awaiting review” until you have read the draft and chosen to share it. The AI proposes; the tutor decides.

Links can be cut off

Each session has one live link. Reissue or revoke it at any time and the old one stops working immediately.

Your storage, not ours

Audio and images live in your institution’s own cloud storage account, alongside the rest of its data.
